In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the bet939 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This Agreement takes effect at the moment of your first interaction with the Platform, regardless of whether you have completed formal account registration.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Corporate accounts are subject to enhanced KYC requirements and are reviewed individually by the bet939 compliance team.

bet939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

To access the full range of bet939 services, including sports betting, casino games, and real-money play, you must register a personal Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a bet939 employee.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bet939 Account at any time. Operating more than one Account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts identified by bet939 will be permanently closed, and any balances held across all associated Accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet939 login credentials. bet939 will never ask you to disclose your password by any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. You must notify bet939 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bet939 operates a strict age verification and Know Your Customer programme. Identity verification is a regulatory requirement, not an optional step, and applies to every registered Account on the Platform.

KYC verification will be required before any withdrawal from a bet939 Account is processed. bet939 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a User's tenure on the Platform, including at registration, following a significant deposit, or upon reasonable suspicion of identity inconsistency.

• Primary ID: Pakistani CNIC (front and back), or internationally issued passport (photo page).

All deposits made to a bet939 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds received from payment accounts belonging to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

The bet939 Platform operates natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All wallet balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your bet939 Account at the time of transaction. bet939 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved and processed by bet939:

• The Account must have successfully completed KYC verification to bet939's satisfaction.
• The withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bet939 Account holder.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen withdrawal method, as displayed in the Account dashboard.
• No open fraud investigation or account review may be pending on the Account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen minutes under normal operating conditions. Domestic bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast to the relevant network within four hours of approval, with final confirmation dependent on blockchain network congestion.

Standard verified Accounts are subject to daily withdrawal limits as specified in the Account dashboard. Accounts that have achieved VIP status are eligible for enhanced or unlimited daily withdrawal limits as determined by bet939's VIP account management team.

bet939 offers a range of promotional bonuses, deposit matches, cashback offers, and free-play credits to eligible registered Users. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to Pakistani-resident Users who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully registered bet939 Account.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon reaching this deadline.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets — including cricket, football, badminton, and UFC — available on the bet939 Platform. Sport-specific rules supplement these general provisions and are published within each sport's dedicated section on the Platform.

A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has accepted the wager and returned a confirmed bet reference number to the User. Bets are subject to acceptance at the absolute discretion of bet939. The Platform may decline any bet without explanation, including those placed on markets that remain technically open.

In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error at prices that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect ("manifest errors"), bet939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. bet939 will not honour winnings arising from manifest errors even if the bet was accepted by the Platform.

For PSL, Pakistan international matches, and ICC tournament markets: all cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. Rain interruptions, DLS method applications, and match suspensions are handled according to the specific rules published in the Cricket section of the bet939 Platform. In-play bets placed after the relevant event has occurred — due to a data latency issue — may be voided at bet939's discretion.

All casino games available on the bet939 Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, virtual games, and instant-win products — are provided by third-party software suppliers under licence. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by an accredited testing laboratory.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the software supplier and are published in each game's information panel. RTP figures represent a long-term statistical average across a very large number of rounds and do not represent a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet939 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain a systematic advantage.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting price differences between bet939 and other platforms to guarantee a risk-free return regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other Users, including coordinated play at live dealer tables designed to gain a systematic advantage over other players or the house.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy server, or any other means designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any bet939 software or game.
• Any conduct intended to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to bet939 in good faith.

bet939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected Terms breach, KYC documentation failure, fraud detection triggers, self-exclusion requests, or operation of the Account in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.

Where an Account is closed by bet939 due to a Terms violation, any remaining Wallet balance may be forfeited at bet939's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request — or as a result of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request — any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of all open bets will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within five business days.

bet939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Pakistani players on the Platform. The following tools are available to every registered User through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits can be set and take effect immediately upon application.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss limits per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play duration, after which the system automatically ends your active session.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders displayed at customisable intervals showing session duration and net balance movement.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account deactivation for a period of 24 hours up to 90 days. The Account may be reactivated at the end of the cooling-off period upon User request.

All content available on the bet939 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, betting markets and odds presentations, images, audio, and video content — is the proprietary intellectual property of bet939 or its licensed third-party suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bet939.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet939's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their bet939 Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or bet939 had been advised of their possibility.

bet939 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily render the Platform or individual services unavailable. bet939 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise the duration and frequency of such unavailability.

The collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data provided to bet939 in the course of Account registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is governed by the bet939 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by incorporation.

bet939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Users' rights or obligations — bet939 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent in-Platform notification.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of the bet939 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure through the support team at [email protected].

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never been included.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet939 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between a User and bet939, the User is encouraged to first attempt resolution by contacting the bet939 customer support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the User may escalate the dispute to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in bet939's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable regulatory escalation process will be provided by the bet939 compliance team upon request.
